Sardes has 80,000 trees planted to grow the best quality olives on its 2,000 acres of land in Salihli, Manisa. The Ayvalık and Memecik type olives grown on these trees and harvested with the most modern methods are pressed under hygienic conditions to produce high quality extra virgin olive oil. In order to ensure that the quality of olive oil does not decrease, the construction of olive oil pressing facilities and cold storage warehouses has also begun within the estate. After the completion of the facilities, the aim is to transform the very special olive oil to be obtained into an award-winning brand recognized as DÜET in the world markets and export it.
