In 1918, with the initiative of Hacı İbrahim Azizler in Manisa / Kula, our flavor adventure started in a small shop where both production and sales services were offered. Mehmet ÜNALAN, the son who took over his father's profession, decided to move the shop, which he operated for a while in Kula, to Salihli. Mehmet ÜNALAN, who gained the commercial reputation and consumer appreciation he deserved in Salihli, handed over the flag to his sons Şerafettin ÜNALAN and Ruhi ÜNALAN.

Şerafettin ÜNALAN, who paid special attention to meticulous work and gaining the trust of the consumer, expanded his activities in a short time and in 2012, with the innovative visions of his sons Mehmet ÜNALAN and Gökhan ÜNALAN, a 7000 acre business started to operate in MANİSA Salihli Organized Industrial Zone.

Today, our facility, which can process 7.5 tons of sesame seeds and produce 4 tons of halva per day, has become capable of meeting domestic and international demands with its expanding consumer portfolio. Father Şerfettin ÜNALAN, together with his sons Mehmet and Gökhan ÜNALAN, the 4th generation, has created a reliable brand by blending a century of experience with an innovative understanding.

Despite their young age, Mehmet and Gökhan ÜNALAN have been working for 20 years in production, sales, logistics; in short, in every aspect of the product from the raw material to the consumer's table.
