The Fire Department provides 24 hours of uninterrupted service. These services are

- During the construction phase; control of the fire safety system, ensuring the elimination of fire safety deficiencies, preparation and control of the draft projects of the business.

- During the Start-up and Production Phase; It provides services such as conducting risk analysis during the settlement of the enterprise machinery and determining the mobile fire extinguishing devices and materials suitable for the risk, guidance in the preparation of the Enterprise Emergency Action Plan, subjecting the operating personnel to a minimum of 3 hours of fire safety training and informing all personnel, providing training for fire defense teams and conducting fire drills. Following the completion of the deficiencies specified in the Risk Analysis, a certificate of competence against fire and explosions is issued to the enterprise.

- In Extraordinary Situations; It provides services to make the first intervention to fires that may occur in the enterprises, to extinguish them under control without allowing them to expand and spread, to transfer the victim to the nearest health institution with a fully equipped ambulance in first aid-accident rescue incidents that may occur in the enterprises.
