APPLICATION FORM FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation Salihli ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE ("District") in writing to obtain information.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF APPLICATION

With this application form, Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 states that your personal data listed below; 

a) find out whether it has been processed, 

b) request information if processed,

c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) learning the parties to whom it is transferred domestically / internationally, 

e) request correction if incomplete / incorrectly processed,

f) To request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

g) to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) above to the third parties to whom it is transferred, 

h) object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

 i) you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage from our Region in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. 

1. APPLICATION PROCESS  AND FINALIZATION

Our region will respond to your requests in accordance with the Law No. 6698  According to Article 13, it finalizes the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, from the date the request is submitted. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Personal Data ProtectionuThe fee may be charged based on the tariff notified by the NGO. The Region may accept and process the request or reject the request in writing by explaining its reasoning. In case the application is due to the fault of the Region, the fee charged shall be refunded. 

The information provided by the applicant must be accurate and up-to-date, and our Region does not accept any responsibility for any claims that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information in the content of this form or unauthorized application. Our region reserves the right to request additional information and documents (e.g. copy of identity card or driver's license, etc.) from you for identification purposes to ensure data security. 

1. CASES EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT TO APPLY

Since it is not within the scope of Article 28 of the Law No. 6698, personal data owners are required to  has no right to submit a request regarding these matters:

1. Processing of personal data by natural persons within the scope of activities related to themselves or their family members living in the same residence, provided that personal data are not disclosed to third parties and the obligations regarding data security are complied with. 
2. Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by anonymizing them with official statistics. 
3. Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public safety, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or does not constitute a crime. 
4. Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order or economic security. 
5. Processing of personal data by judicial or enforcement authorities in relation to investigations, prosecutions, trials or executions. 

Article 28/2 of Law No. 6698  In accordance with the article, in the following cases, only the right to demand compensation for the damage incurred will arise and personal data owners will not be able to use their other rights.

a) Processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or criminal investigation. 

b) Processing of personal data made public by the data subject himself/herself. 

c) Personal data processing is necessary for the execution of supervisory or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by the authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions based on the authority granted by law. 

d) Processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the State in relation to budgetary, tax and fiscal matters. 

V. APPLICATION METHOD 

In light of the above information  Salihli/Manisa  You will be able to apply to our Zone with a registered letter with return receipt requested to be sent to the Regional Directorate at the address of the Regional Directorate or with the form you will submit in person.
