Water Workshop Organized in Manisa: "A Drop of Water, Hope for the Future"

The Water Workshop, organized with the slogan "A Drop of Water, Hope for the Future" in cooperation with Manisa Metropolitan Municipality and MASKİ General Directorate, was held for the first time in Manisa. Regional Director Çağrı Duygu, environmental engineer Emrah Dal and civil engineer Şeref Erhan Altan participated in the two-day workshop. At the workshop, approximately 300 scientists, institution representatives and experts from across Turkey came together to develop solutions to the water problems of Manisa and the Gediz Basin.

On the second day of the workshop, team work presentations were made. The solution proposals presented under a total of 10 titles were announced to the public with a final declaration by Ferdi Zeyrek, Mayor of Manisa Metropolitan Municipality. Mayor Zeyrek thanked all the officials who participated in the workshop.

The workshop was a critical platform for taking important steps to address the region's water challenges.
