We Add Value to Industry and the Region, We Build the Future!
He was born in 1935 in Kula district of Manisa.
Ünveren, who started working in a small shop in Kula and made his first halva in a wood fire, learned halva craftsmanship from his father and later became a well-known brand in Manisa.
With the Metin Ünveren brand, they expanded their business volume in the following years and expanded production to Izmir and Salihli with new factories.
Metin Ünveren's grandchildren, Ceylin Ünveren and Batuhan Ünveren, are the 3rd generation to continue this flavor with the same dedication as the first day. During her studies abroad, Ceylin Ünveren and her brother and partner Batuhan Ünveren, who wrote a growth and expansion project based on their experiences at Drury Fruit, which included the fact that the use of tahini abroad is at least as high as at home, have made a new generation entry into the sector with their young ideas.
Why Metin Ünveren?
The most important features that distinguish Metin Ünveren from its competitors and cause it to be in demand in the target market are brand recognition, standard and continuity in quality.
The taste and naturalness of the products are among the other important reasons why they are demanded in the market.
The history of Metin Ünveren, which produces halva, tahini and sesame seeds, goes back 3 generations and is presented to the consumer by granddaughter Ceylin Ünveren by immortalizing the brand name and logo without changing the traditional taste inherited from the ancestors.
In addition to these, Metin Ünveren brand has increased its daily production capacity in a short period of time since its establishment and has increased its production to 14 tons of sesame seeds for simit, 5 tons of tahini, 5 tons of halva, 2 tons of Turkish delight. It is one of its primary goals to continue to provide more employment and more added value to our state with its investments.
